Good   morning   to   all   the   staff   at   the   Ariane   Hotel   in   Ypres
 
I   would   like   to   say,   on   behalf   of   all   the   people   in   our   group,   a   very   big   thank   you   for   making   us   so   welcome   and   for   looking   after   us   so   well   during   our   stay
 
Everybody   in   the   group   thinks   the   Ariane   is   a   wonderful   hotel
 
I   expect   we   shall   organise   another   trip   to   the   Ypres   Salient   in   the   future   and,   if   we   do,   we   shall   certainly   stay   with   you

Hi   Vanessa   and   Isabel.

Yes,   we   got   home   safely!   And   now   that   the   dust   has   settled,   I   am   emailing   you   to   say   a   big   thank   you.

EVERYONE   in   our   group   was   full   of   praise   for   the   treatment   which   we   received   at   The   Ariane.   Not   only   were   the   facilities   so   good   but   also   so   was   the   superb   quality   of   the   food   (and   drink!)   and,   above   all,   the   wonderfully   pleasant   service   we   received,   beit   at   Reception,   at   Breakfast,   in   the   Bar   or   at   Dinner.   So   many   of   the   little   touches   provided   by   staff   were   so   telling   to   us   –   such   as   the   assistance   offered   to   our   guest   who   became   so   lame.   Your   staff   cared   –   and   we   knew   it!   Clearly   the   example   was   set   at   the   desk!   You   two   were   so   pleasant   and   cooperative.

Hello   Isabelle   and   Vanessa,
 
Just   a   brief   message   to   thank   you   all   once   again   for   providing   us   with   another   memorable   experience   at   the   Ariane.   Our   three   friends   (the   Sutcliffe   party)   were   very   impressed   with   everything   they   saw,   both   at   the   hotel   and   out   on   the   battlefields,   and   it   is   highly   likely   they   will   return   to   visit   again.   The   quality   of   service   that   you   all   continually   provide   is   at   the   heart   of   every   visit   we   make,   and   allows   us   with   total   confidence   to   concentrate   our   focus   on   our   battlefield   visits,   safe   in   the   knowledge   that   both   we,   and   anyone   accompanying   us,   will   receive   the   greatest   of   care   and   attention   from   you   and   your   colleagues.
 
Your   continual   efforts   are   greatly   appreciated,   and   your   reputation   continues   to   stand   alone   in   the   field   of   customer   service!   We   also   very   much   appreciated   being   given   Room   214,   as   requested.
