Just   a   brief   message   to   thank   you   all   once   again   for   providing   us   with   another   memorable   experience   at   the   Ariane.   Our   three   friends   (the   Sutcliffe   party)   were   very   impressed   with   everything   they   saw,   both   at   the   hotel   and   out   on   the   battlefields,   and   it   is   highly   likely   they   will   return   to   visit   again.   The   quality   of   service   that   you   all   continually   provide   is   at   the   heart   of   every   visit   we   make,   and   allows   us   with   total   confidence   to   concentrate   our   focus   on   our   battlefield   visits,   safe   in   the   knowledge   that   both   we,   and   anyone   accompanying   us,   will   receive   the   greatest   of   care   and   attention   from   you   and   your   colleagues.
 
Your   continual   efforts   are   greatly   appreciated,   and   your   reputation   continues   to   stand   alone   in   the   field   of   customer   service!   We   also   very   much   appreciated   being   given   Room   214,   as   requested.

Hello   Natasha,
A   big   thank   you   for   another   enjoyable   stay   at   ’The   Ariane’   from   the   6th   to   9th   April   2010.
Over   the   last   12   years   we   have   seen   the   Ariane   grow   but   it   has   managed   to   retain   that   ’something’   which   makes   staying   with   you   so   very   special.
The   accommodation   is,   of   course,   very   comfortable,   the   food   is,   as   ever,   excellent   but   that   wonderful   welcoming   atmosphere   provided   by   you   and   every   member   of   your   staff   makes   the   stay     unique.
We   look   forward   to   seeing   you   again....and   again.

Dear   Natasja,

It   has   been   a   wonderful   70th   birthday   being   able   to   enjoy   the   day   in   Ypres   at   the   Ariane   Hotel.

Thank   you   to   all   concerned   for   making   it   so   special   for   my   wife   and   I.
I   have   recommended   many   people   to   the   Ariane   Hotel   during   the   last   decade   if   I   knew   they   were   wishing   to   stay   in   Ypres.

From   the   moment   you   enter   the   Hotel,   you   are   warmly   greeted   and   you   quickly   feel   at   home.  
All   the   staff   work   hard   to   create   a   friendly   atmosphere   to   ensure   you   enjoy   your   stay.

I   have   visited   many   excellent   hotels   throughout   Europe   but   none   compare   with   the   ambience   of   the   Ariane   Hotel.
