Eerst   en   vooral   willen   we   jullie   van   harte   danken   voor   het   schitterende   weekend.   Het   was   een   succes   over   de   ganse   lijn   :   een   schitterend   hotel   met   een   zeer   goede   keuken,   vriendelijke   ontvangst,   vriendelijke   bediening   en   mooie   kamers.     Verder   konden     we   rekenen   op   een   perfecte   uitvoering   van   de   afspraken.

Dear   Vanessa….on   behalf   of   all   our   group,   I   would   like   to   thank   you   and   the   staff   at   the   hotel   for   making   our   stay   so   enjoyable.   The   hotel,   the   rooms,   and   the   food   were   all   superb,   but   the   friendliness   and   helpfulness   of   all   the   staff   made   it   exceptional

I   am   writing   to   thank   you   on   behalf   of   the   NZ   Veterans   Band   for   the  
wonderful   service   we   received   at   your   hotel   during   our   stay   recently.    
We   were   most   impressed   with   your   ability   to     provide   us   with   all   the   requirements   needed   for   a   large   group   of   people   and   to   be   able   to   rehearse   in   your   hotel   was   such   a   bonus!
 
This   is   the   second   time   I   have   personally   stayed   in   your   hotel   and   I   would   have   no   hesitation   in   staying   again.
 
Once   again,   thank   you   from   us   all.
 
PS:     Were   our   instruments   picked   up   by   the   freight   forwarders?
